ZWO M54 15mm ADAPTER

The ZWO M54 15mm adapter is specifically designed as a substitute for the 20mm thick ZWO EFW electronic filter wheel. It allows you to connect ASI cooled cameras directly to the ZWO OAG-L and 5mm sensor tilt plates, giving you 55mm of backfocus.

The adapter has an optical thickness of 15mm. You can attach a standard 2" mounted filter directly to it, as long as they meet the below dimensions:

Instructions

1. Fix the filter to M54M-M48F adapter via threads.

2. Fix the filter unit to the M54 adapter.

3. Pictured is an ASI2600MM Pro camera and the assembled adapter. The four holes circled in red on the sensor tilt plate are the ones you are going to use to fix the adapter unit to the camera.

4. Take 4 of the included screws, and use them to fix the M54 adapter to the camera.

5. Remove the M48 plate from the OAG-L.

6. Align the hole positions of the OAG-L to the smaller holes in the adapter, then use the remaining 4 screws to fix OAG-L to the M54 adapter.

7. Reinstall the M48 sensor tilt plate to the OAG-L.

8. All done!
