The stock counter in every product page reflects the real quality on hand. Minor stocktake errors may occur; in this circumstance you will be contacted as soon as possible offering a refund or an ETA for the delivery of your ordered product will be provided.
Shipping Terms
Testar Australia is committed to dispatch any ordered items within 24 to 48 business hours from the order. Testar uses couriers that require your signature for the delivery as proof of receipt. Australian couriers do not deliver to parcel lockers so please select only Australia Post if you want your item to be delivered to your parcel locker or a PO Box.
In certain instances couriers may not be able to ship directly to remote locations. In these cases, shipments will either be forwarded to Australia Post or will require customers to pick up their shipment from the nearest depot. Unfortunately we have no control over where couriers deem "remote", and we are unable to provide information prior to your order as their list of remote locations changes frequently.
Delivery times are to be used as guide only and estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Once packages have been picked up from us by the courier, we cannot control what they do. For example, we are unable to enforce whether or not Australia Post chooses to leave a mail card in your letterbox instead of leaving your shipment at your door.

The buyer is responsible for any duties and charges applicable when the goods arrive at their destination.
