MORAVIAN C1 CAMERAS

Moravian C1 series global shutter CMOS cameras were designed to be small, lightweight imagers for Moon and planets and for automatic telescope guiding. They share the majority of features with the C0 series but the slightly larger body allows for fan-cooling and threaded mounting holes.

With proper image calibration, C1 cameras are also capable of providing surprisingly good results in entry-level deep-sky imaging. The CMOS sensors used in C1 cameras have a response to light that is very linear up to saturation point, so they can also be used for scientific applications like variable star research.
