Refund policy

Returns

Testar does not accept returns only for a change of mind. However, in some circumstances (for example the wrong item was ordered, an upgrade in products) and at Testar’s discretion, a return may be granted. Before you return an item, you need to contact Testar in writing via e-mail at info@testar.com.au and ask for a return authorization. For items which you believe are defective, you must notify Testar within 14 days of receiving your order.

Restocking fees may apply. Credit card and PayPal fees cannot not be refunded. If the product is not returned in as-new condition with all packaging and accessories intact, then additional fees will apply.


Testar will not be held responsible for supplying items that do not directly match the website descriptions or photos, provided that the items still function as intended. In addition, Testar is not responsible for compatibility issues between products sold by us or third parties. If you are unsure of the compatibility between a product we sell and your equipment, please contact us first before buying. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for return.

Overseas returns

For all overseas purchases which are to be returned for warranty issues, the customer must pay for shipping charges back to us.
