The three-point independent adjustment mechanism enables both automatic tilt adjustment and synchronized operation as a high-precision motorized focuser. With a focuser travel range of 4mm and a motor resolution of just 0.2 microns per step, it offers unparalleled precision that far surpasses traditional manual tilters.
The Wanderer FETA M92 stands out with its three independent adjustment motors and high-precision encoders, allowing for incredibly precise adjustments. Whether you are using fast focal ratio systems or large-format cameras, this tool meets your high standards effortlessly.
The recessed M92 female threads provide 15mm of optical thickness between mounting surfaces (20mm total thickness with adapters installed). When stacked with the WandererRotator Lite or Pro V2, the overall thickness is only 35mm.
A large payload capacity of 8kg, calculated with the centre of gravity located 100mm from the FETA M92, makes it suitable for carrying most full-frame and medium format image trains.
Compared to the Wanderer ETA M54, the FETA M92 features an absolute mechanical zero position with automatic zero detection. Additionally, a large operating temperature delta of -30° C to 50° C makes it more reliable for unattended and remote operation. It also features an enhanced light-leak prevention design with a fully enclosed structure, blocking any direct light from entering the device.

A range of adapters are available including connections to Takahashi Epsilon astrographs and Moravian C3, C4 and C5 camera systems, as well as M68 and M72 adapters for common large sensor image trains. A set of M85 x 1 male and female adapters is included by default. More adapters are under development.
