TS OPTICS 1x RICCARDI COMA CORRECTOR 3"

The TS Optics 3" Riccardi Coma Corrector by legendary optical designer Massimo Riccardi pushes the proven Wynne coma corrector design to its limits. Designed for large sensors, the TS Optics Riccardi corrector provides full illumination up to 45mm and 90% illumination at a 55mm image circle.

With a short optical design of only 99mm in length, this corrector gives better illumination than other Wynne-type correctors, and is optimized for full-frame sensors such as the Sony IMX455 as found in the ZWO ASI6200. A generous backfocus requirement of 64.5mm allows you to connect a wide range of accessories such as filter wheels, off-axis guiders, and more.

With an outer diameter of 76.2mm, the Riccardi Coma Corrector fits into 3" focuser receptacles. On the camera side is the common Zeiss M68 x 1 thread for easy adaption to imaging trains. The corrector requires a focus position of 150mm above the telescope tube, which is less than other Wynne correctors and keeps the secondary mirror small.
