SKY-WATCHER HAC200 DX f/2 ASTROGRAPH
The Sky-Watcher HAC200 DX is a fast astrograph utilizing the Honders Advanced Catadioptric optical design. Combining an aperture of 200mm and focal ratio of f/2 in a compact design, the HAC200 DX gathers light at a rate very few telescopes can match.
Built on the Honders Advanced Catadioptric (HAC) optical design, this innovative system provides pinpoint stars across a generous field of view, with a 30mm corrected image circle ideal for modern imaging sensors up to APS-C. Focusing is handled at the back end of the telescope, simplifying setup and ensuring precise focus adjustments during imaging sessions.
The HAC200 DX is compatible with cameras that have M48 x 0.75 and M42 x 0.75 threads and weigh up to 300g, so many common uncooled planetary cameras can be utilized without issue.
Cables can be cleanly routed through the detachable dew shield thanks to an included cable holder. A top-mounted finder-style handlebar allows you to easily attach a guide scope or control unit. A 12V DC battery back powers the rear fan (batteries not included).
