CELESTRON DOVETAIL BAR - 8" - CG5

The Celestron CG-5 8" dovetail plate allows you to replace the wider CGE dovetail bar found on most Celestron 8” Schmidt-Cassegrain and 8” EdgeHD optical tubes with a narrow dovetail, allowing them to be used on mounts that require the narrower CG-5 dovetail bars, such as the Advanced VX mount.

The bar features pre-drilled holes to fit the front and rear cells of the current 8” Schmidt-Cassegrain and 8” EdgeHD Optical tubes.
