BAADER 1.25" T2 PRISM DIAGONAL 32mm #1C
Baader Planetarium
BAADER 1.25" T2 PRISM DIAGONAL 32mm #1C is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The Baader 1.25" T2 Prism Diagonal #1C is the same as the standard 1.25" T2 Prism Diagonal but does not include the 1.25" nosepiece or eyepiece holder. It provides the shortest optical path for use with the Baader MaxBright Binoviewer.
Unlike most low-cost erecting prisms which only have 19mm of free aperture, the Baader 1.25" prism has a much larger 32mm of free aperture. The prism has Baader's High Transmission Multi-Coatings for high contrast and stray light suppression.
Both the telescope- and eyepiece-side feature T2 (M42 x 0.75) threads for applications where backfocus is limited such as binoviewers. The 32mm free aperture makes it especially suited for use with the MaxBright II with 27mm prisms. For larger apertures such as the Mark V giant binoviewer, the T2 BBHS Prism Diagonal BA2456095 is recommended.
