This adapter consists of a female 2" Schmidt-Cassegrain thread on one end and a male M48 x 0.75 thread on the other. Optical thickness of the adapter is 8mm.
This is very useful for connecting accessories such as filter drawers or filter wheels to Schmidt-Cassegrain correctors/reducers.
