We stock a range of high quality, CNC-machined aluminium Vixen and Losmandy style bars from Baader, Askar, William Optics, Geoptik and Prima Luce Lab to suit all telescopes and accessories.

Geoptik produces a comprehensive line of Italian-made astronomy accessories. Their dovetail bars are CNC-machined and made of hard anodized aluminium for added strength and protection against corrosion.

The Prima Luce Lab PLUS dovetails belong to the PLUS system (Prima Luce Universal System) which includes a large variety of telescope rings, bars, guide rings and dovetail clamps. Each component of the PLUS system is carved from aluminium blocks that are CNC machined. The aluminium is then sandblasted to achieve a very smooth surface finish and is anodized (hard anodizing) to increase the hardness of the material and to protect it from oxidation.
