QHY2020 PRO [MONOCHROME/UV/EUV]
QHY2020 PRO [MONOCHROME/UV/EUV] - Mono is not in stock but it can be backordered.
Unlock the next level of Fluorescence imaging with the QHY2020 Series, a family of high-performance scientific CMOS monochrome cameras designed for professional applications in astronomy, microscopy, spectroscopy, and UV imaging.
The camera is equipped with a square 4 Megapixel CMOS sensor that has ultra high QE and wide spectral response from 200nm to 1100nm.
This product includes two variants, each tailored to specific wavelength needs:
-
QHY2020: the standard version of the camera with the Gpixel GSENSE2020 BSI mono sensor that shows a QE peak of 94% at 550nm-600nm and 20% at 240nm. This version has a pretty good QE in the NIR range as well, specifically 60% at 800nm and 38% at 900nm
-
QHY2020UV: Specialized UV-sensitive version with a UV-enhanced mono sensor and air cooling, enabling precise detection in the ultraviolet spectrum down to ~200nm. Ideal for semiconductor inspection and UV fluorescence.
-
QHY2020EUVX: the Extended UV model mounts the special Gpixel GSENSE2020-PS sensor capable of detecting extreme UV (EUV) wavelengths, pushing sensitivity even further into the deep-UV range for highly specialized scientific research. This version has a QE in 1.2nm to 15nm extreme UV range >90% which makes it ideal for UV fluorescence. Contact us for pricing.
All models are equipped with Class 1 scientific-grade sensors, ensuring minimal defects and superior image quality. The high frame rate, air cooling, and flexible ROI support make these cameras highly adaptable for a wide range of applications, from laboratory research to industrial integration.
GSENSE2020BSI has a dual ADC structure. The two ADCs will generate two images sampling the same signal at the same time. One image will be captured with low gain and high dynamic range, the other will be taken with high gain and low readout noise. The two images, that are generated at the same time, can be used to generate a HDR image that enhance the dynamic range. The QHY2020 can also output the single high gain 12bit channel or the low gain 12bit channel with 2048*2048 resolution. All the modes can be switched using the “ReadMode” options.
