This adapter #30A230 allows you to securely attach the Skywatcher HEQ5 mount to Geoptik Hercules wooden tripods, as well as the Skywatcher EQ-6 tripod. Features a bubble level for accurate and easy levelling.

A very well made adapter plate. I purchased this item on a whim with the hope of it fitting an unused Takahashi EM-200 wooden tripod I have to use the HEQ5 Pro head as the standard SkyWatcher tripod left a bit to be desired. Am happy to say that this product which is designed to fit the NEQ6 tripod, which, I might add, is a direct clone of the EM-200, fitted the Takahashi tripod close to perfectly, one hole was slightly off but was fixed using a smaller bolt and no drilling was needed, I just needed to supply a centree bolt to hold the mount in place. In all, a very well made product that fitted my HEQ5 Pro travelling mount to a much more sturdy Takahashi EM-200 tripod.
