The William Optics UniGuide 50mm with slide-base is a small, lightweight guide scope that fits snugly in the saddle handle bar of William Optics telescopes, as well as any finder-style saddle.
The UniGuide 50 is compatible with QHY, ZWO 120MM Mini, 290MM Mini and other 1.25" cylinder-type guide cameras thanks to the included 1.25" Rotolock adapter.
Note: the UniGuide 50mm is not compatible with larger non-Mini ZWO guiding or planetary cameras.
The locking dew shield focuser allows you to easily reach the correct focus point. An extension tube is included to help reach focus with different cameras.

I purchased the Uniguide 50mm Guide Scope to match my Zenithstar 73 III refractor telescope. I have found the build quality to be excellent, and the fitting to the Zenithstar to be very easy and straightforward. I have only had one opportunity to use the guidescope (the new telescope rain and clouds curse) and had no issues at all gaining focus with the ZWO ASI120MM guide camera that I had purchased. I had been worried, that I wouldn't be able to achieve focus after reading several posts on various forums that the guide scope would only focus with the 120mm Mini. I have found this not the case. The front dew shield of the guide scope will unscrew (it actually has a measurement scale on it when screwed out enough), and there is a lock nut that will tighten it up when you have reached the optimal star focus for PHD2. The Team at Testar processed my order promptly and I received my items very quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough.
