The Geoptik Elephant Hermetic Case for Refractors is ideal for safely transporting large refractor telescopes and long-term storage. Geoptik Elephant hermetic cases are anti-shock & waterproof to protect your delicate instruments. 

Before ordering please measure your telescope to ensure it will fit. The internal dimensions are 110 x 37 x 33 cm. Make sure you leave a few cm for the foam padding.

The cases are certified IP67 for maximum resistance against water and dust.
The polypropylene polymer structure can withstand shocks from impacts and has a very high weight capacity for objects stored on top of it.

Geoptik Elephant Hermetic cases are IP-67 rated for water resistance and protection from dirt

IP67 is an international certification developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to determine how resistant a product is to fresh water and dirt, dust and sand.  

The two digits signify that Geoptik's Elephant cases can survive being submerged in up to one meter of fresh water for 30 minutes and are resistant to contact with "harmful" dust and dirt. For astronomy purposes, your equipment should be protected against just about any weather situation you'll encounter in the field.
