The SharpStar field flattener & reducer for the 94EDPH is a dedicated corrector with a reducing power of 0.82x. It reduces the focal length of the 94EDPH to 414mm and the focal ratio to f/4.4.
This 3 elements corrector delivers a fully illuminated and corrected field of 50mm, making this telescope compatible with full frame sensors. The working distance between the flattener and the sensor is 55mm.
The SharpStar flattener can be connected to the focuser of the Sharpstar 94EDPH by using the M74x1 male thread, and on the camera side there is the universal M48x0.75 male thread.

My first impression was wow that is some glass, It is a solid build and fairly heavy, pity there was no instructions, however after a google I found the information regarding the rotation, in my case it required a little tweak on the large brass screws to enable it to move. At this point in time have only managed to get two clear skies to try the scope and the results are as shown, stars appear to be nice and round right to the edges (at this point in time I have no idear what the results would be with out the reducer/Flattener as clear sky is hard to come by) One comment I would like to make it would be nice if a Flattener only was available like (ASTRO TECH 2" FIELD FLATTENER UNIVERSAL FLATTENER FOR IMAGING WITH REFRACTORS)
Still I'am very happy with the results seen so far
