This temperature sensor is compatible with ECCO, the environmental computerized controller for EAGLE and with SESTO SENSO, the robotic focusing motor for telescopes.

When used with ECCO, this temperature sensor allows to measure the optics temperature for the automatic power management of dew heaters connected to the EAGLE. When used with SESTO SENSO, it is used in order to compensate the focus position shifting caused by changes in temperature.

this little temperature sensor fits my Sesto Senso 2, and was really to see how useful knowing the temperature changes might be. It worked straight off, showing up on the SS2 and Eagle Core as it is meant to do. Appears very accurate, and I found it useful to see the temperature drop as I manually adjust my dew controller (3 heaters). In the future I will look to use third-party software, that can help tune the SS2.
