With the FC-100DZ, the RMS spot diameter is 4.8 μm on axis and 7.2 μm at the edge of a full frame, with 83% illumination. With the FC-100DF, a slight chromatic halo originating from the objective lens remains. Relative illumination is approximately 82% at the edge of a full frame.
