It complies with the applicable transmittance requirements of \u003cstrong\u003eEN ISO 12312-2:2015 \u003c\/strong\u003efor filters intended for direct observation of the sun.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCompared to the previous AstroSolar Safety Film OD 5.0, the new \u003cstrong\u003eClearWhite \u003c\/strong\u003eversion provides an \u003cstrong\u003eeven clearer\u003c\/strong\u003e, whiter solar image along with a slightly higher optical density.
